How we compare
We look at five criteria: content management, device support, scheduling, multi-location, and compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001). For each platform we give a short summary and an ideal-fit profile.
The five platforms
We line up QUIX, Yodeck, ScreenCloud, Spinetix, and NoviSign. Each platform has its own focus — from very cheap to enterprise-only.
QUIX
QUIX is a Dutch platform aimed at organizations that value GDPR compliance, local support, and a simple editor. Strengths: multi-location, role-based access, and transparent pricing.
Yodeck
Yodeck offers a low entry price and runs on Raspberry Pi hardware. Ideal for small setups, less suited to enterprise compliance requirements.
ScreenCloud
ScreenCloud targets large international customers. Strong integration ecosystem, but price and complexity are higher.
Spinetix
Spinetix combines proprietary hardware with software. Popular in public spaces, but requires a specific hardware investment.
NoviSign
NoviSign offers many widgets and interactive content. The user experience can feel overwhelming for beginners.
Conclusion: which one fits you?
For Dutch organizations that value GDPR compliance, native-language support, and transparent pricing, QUIX is the logical choice. For very small setups Yodeck may suffice; for large international chains ScreenCloud is a serious option.
